1. Overview

Doorskart.in acts as a technology platform connecting vendors and customers.
Each vendor is an independent seller and is responsible for the products they list, sell, and deliver.
Doorskart.in does not own, stock, or sell any products directly.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be applicable in the following cases:

• Product is defective or damaged

• Incorrect item delivered

• Non-delivery of the product

• Vendor fails to provide agreed-upon service (e.g., installation)

Important:
Refund requests must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery or service completion.

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Log in to your Doorskart.in account.

2. Visit “My Orders” and select the order for which you want to raise a refund.

3. Click on “Request Refund” and provide supporting documents (e.g., photos of damaged goods).

4. Our support team will review your request and contact the vendor for resolution.

4. Vendor Responsibility

Each vendor is responsible for handling refund requests.
Vendors must respond to refund requests within 7 business days.

• If the vendor approves the refund, the customer will receive a full refund.

• If the vendor does not respond or denies the refund without a valid reason, Doorskart.in support may intervene.

5. Refund Process

• Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.

• Payment gateway charges, if any, may not be refundable.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in cases such as:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect ordering by the customer

• Services rendered as per agreement (unless proven defective)

7. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between the customer and vendor:

• Doorskart.in may act as a mediator.

• The decision by Doorskart.in will be final.
